Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Stephen Durrett graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. He is the past-president of the West Pasco Dental Association and served on the Pasco-Hernando Community College Dental Hygiene & Assisting Advisory Board.

Dr. Durrett's commitment to continuing education has taken him to the Pankey Institute, the Dawson Academy, and Spear Education — three of the most respected post-graduate dental education programs in the country. This ongoing investment in his craft is reflected in the comprehensive, restorative dentistry that has been his focus for over twenty-five years.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Durrett has been deeply involved in charitable dental work, providing care through the Good Samaritan Clinic, St. Vincent DePaul, and the annual Give Kids A Smile program. He believes strongly that quality dental care should be accessible to everyone in his community.

Dr. Durrett opened the doors of Lakeview Family Dentistry in the Bayonet Point community 25+ years ago. He continues to lead the practice with a focus on what has always mattered most: getting to know each patient personally and providing the kind of comprehensive, attentive care that builds lifelong relationships.

Dr. Jeffrey Wilson is a Tampa native who grew up just south of Lakeview Family Dentistry's doors. After graduating from Jesuit High School in Tampa, he earned his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Saint Leo University, where he studied biology. He went on to earn his D.M.D. from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Academy of Operative Dentistry — recognition of his exceptional skill in the meticulous restorative procedures that form the heart of general dentistry.

Dr. Wilson joined Dr. Durrett at Lakeview Family Dentistry shortly after graduation, drawn by the practice's commitment to thorough, unrushed care and its deep roots in the community. He has been a fixture at the practice for nearly 30 years, treating multiple generations of the same families.

Outside of the practice, Dr. Wilson is a devoted husband and father. He spends his time traveling, on the golf course, working on the landscape at his home, taking photos, tie dyeing, and most importantly, spending time with his wife and kids.

Dr. Danielle Durrett earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where she studied Microbiology and Cell Sciences. She went on to earn her D.M.D. from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society — an academic distinction reserved for the top ten percent of her graduating class.

Dr. Durrett joined Lakeview Family Dentistry in July 2023. Her clinical focus emphasizes preventative dentistry and patient education — the foundational work that keeps small problems from becoming big ones. She believes that the best dental care isn't reactive but proactive, and she enjoys taking the time to explain to her patients exactly what's happening in their mouths and why each recommended treatment matters.

As a recent graduate from one of the most respected dental programs in the country, Dr. Durrett brings the latest evidence-based techniques and a strong commitment to lifelong learning to the practice.

Dr. Anthony Vasconez is a true Florida Gator — earning both his undergraduate degree and his D.M.D. from the University of Florida, where he graduated with honors. A Florida native, he was drawn to Lakeview Family Dentistry's commitment to comprehensive care and community connection, joining the practice in August 2024.

Dr. Vasconez combines strong clinical expertise with genuine empathy for his patients. He understands that for many people, dental visits come with a measure of anxiety, and he takes pride in creating an experience that puts patients at ease. His unhurried approach, careful explanations, and gentle technique have made him a quick favorite among new and returning patients alike.
