For treatment services we'll send a formal pre-determination to your insurance so that we can provide an estimate of what your insurance will cover and what your out-of-pocket cost will be — no surprises.

We'll walk through every line item, explain what insurance will cover, and help you plan how to manage any out-of-pocket cost. Most larger estimates will require a formal pre-determination.
